PCG will build residential complex with 213 flats

PCG is commencing preparations for the construction of the 1st stage (77 flats) of the Silvo residential complex with a total of 213 flats on Rędzińska Street in Wrocław. The works, concerning five multi-family residential buildings, will be carried out according to a design by 3XA. The works on the first stage should be finalized in the 4th quarter of 2023, and the entire complex will be put to use in 2024. ■
