PDC is preparing construction of logistics center with cubature of over 235,000 meters³ in Łódź

PDC Industrial Center, a company which prepares Panattoni investments, is applying for construction permits for a warehouse-production building on Jędrzejowska Street in Łódź. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a cubature of over 235,000 meters³. The investment's architectural partner is Blok-Art.
Let us recall that in October 2018, we reported that Panattoni was collaborating with Goldbeck on the construction of the BSH production plant with an area of approx. 60,000 sqm in the area of Jędrzejowska Street. Meanwhile, in October 2018, we reported that Panattoni had entrusted CFE with the contracting of a warehouse center with an area of 70,000 sqm in this area. ■
