Peakside and KG Group are going to build Cracovia Outlet

Peakside Capital and KG Group have informed about the joint realization of the "Cracovia Outlet" shopping center in Krakow. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction, by mid-2021, of an outlet with an area of approx. 20,000 sqm, managed by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping. Let us recall that in December of last year we informed about the plans of KG Group, which - in cooperation with, among others, BRK (Office for the Development of Krakow) - was supervising procedures connected with locating an investment in the area of Nowohucka, Ciepłownicza and Galicyjska streets. The entire complex, which is going to have a total area of approx. 60,000 sqm, is also going to include an Agata Meble superstore and two Atut Kraków retail parks. The main designer was B2 Studio. Initially, Peakside was planning the opening of "Fashion Outlet Kraków" on the basis of the reconstruction of Galeria Plaza on Pokoju Avenue. ■
