Pekabex-Bet will build shopping mall

Pekabex-Bet has signed a contract with L.I. Invest Company concerning the construction of a complex of shopping-service outlets in Mianowice (Krążkowy section), on the border of Kępno (Wielkopolskie Province). The value of the contract has been established at approx. 38 million PLN. The works should begin on November 2 and take until the end of July 2022. The enterprise will entail the construction of six buildings with a total development area of 13,800 sqm, including five with a retail space of up to 2,000 sqm each, and a food services building. One of the buildings is going to have an additional office-service story. According to court registry, L.I. Invest Company has personal ties to Lech-Pol Invest Company. Let us recall that last year in March, we reported that the company was conducting preparations for the construction of the "City Mall Kępno" complex with an area of approx. 13,000 sqm in Mianowice, based on a design by MFA. Commercialization has been entrusted to Mallson Polska. ■
