Perfect Plus to launch shopping center in Kielce

Perfect Plus is seeking permits for the development of a shopping and service center in Kielce on Ściegiennego Street. As part of the project, announced by us in February this year, a complex of buildings with a target leasable area of 30,000 m² will be constructed, with the first stage including a building with an area of 5,500 m². Additionally, parking for 800 vehicles is planned. The preparations are being carried out in cooperation with the Ozone Architekci office (Dawid Wirth), and the commercialization is being handled by Nuvalu. Among the entities interested in being part of the complex are the Lewiatan chain, McDonald's, and a building materials market.
