PF-Projekt collaborates on preparations for construction of office building with area of 10,000 sqm in Elbląg

PF Projekt is collaborating on the design stage of the Porta Mare office building, which Operator ARP is going to build on Warszawska Street in Elbląg (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province). Let us recall that the chief architect of the complex is PAS Projekt. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a usable area of approx. 10,000 sqm. The works should begin at the turn of 2021 and 2022. Commercialization is being handled by JLL. ■
