PFR seeks contractors for resindential complexes with app. 200 flats in Łowicz and Zamość

PFR Nieruchomości has issued a tender procedure concerning construction of a residential complex on Krudowskiego Street in Łowicz (Łódzkie Province). The four-story complex is going to have 96 flats with an average area of 52 sqm. PFR is also conducting the procedure of choosing the contractor for a complex on Parkowa Street in Zamość, with approx. 100 flats. Bids in both procedures will be collected through September 17. ■
