PFR Nieruchomości is preparing construction of residential complex with 400 flats in Wrocław

PFR Nieruchomości is planning construction of a residential complex on Białowieska Street in the Popowice district of Wrocław. The plans concern development of lots with an area of 2.1 ha, which will be used for the construction of the complex, comprising six 7-story buildings with a total usable area of 38,200 sqm, with approx. 400 rental apartments. The concept of the investment, which is to be put to use in the first half of 2024, has been developed by Barbara Kozielewska's architectural office Tektura from Warsaw. ■
