PGK Centrum is planning construction of office building in Poznań

PGK Centrum is preparing the construction of an office as part of the extension of the "PGK Offices" complex in the area of Bułgarska and Marcelińska streets in Poznań. The enterprise will entail the construction of a 10-story building with a total area of 20,000 sqm, out of which 5,100 sqm will be taken up by the office section, and 2,100 sqm - by the retail-service section. There are also going to be 385 parking spaces in a three-level underground parking garage. Design of the investment has been prepared by the Front Architects workshop. ■
