PHH will carry out Mövenpick hotel with 308 rooms in Świnoujście.

Polski Holding Hotelowy (PHH – Polish Hotel Holding), in collaboration with Accor Group, is going to build a hotel of the Mövenpick chain in Świnoujście (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The hotel with 308 rooms, a restaurant, brewery, café, and a spa/wellness zone and a conference center with an area
of 740 sqm, is going to be built on Uzdrowiskowa Street on the basis of Interferie Hotel Medical Spa. The investment is scheduled to be finalized in 2024. ■
