PHN is seeking contractor of office building in Warsaw

Until November 14, Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) will be collecting qualifying offers in the tender procedure, concerning the general contractor of an office-hotel-service-shopping complex on 36 Świętokrzyska Street in Warsaw. Deposit in the second stage of the procedure has been established at 900,000 PLN. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with a total area of approx. 46,500 sqm. The works are to be finalized within 104 weeks of commencing the construction in case of building A, and within 156 weeks in case of building B. Let us recall that we have reported in PREM that architectural guidelines for the "PHN Tower" investment have been prepared by Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury Projekt. ■
