PHN, PHH and ZMPSiŚ to cooperate on a hotel complex in Międzywodzie

Polski Holding Nieruchomości, Polski Holding Hotelowy, and Zarząd Morskich Portów Szczecin i Świnoujście (ZMPSiŚ – Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority) have signed a letter of intent concerning construction of a hotel in Międzywodzie (Zachodniopomorskie Province) on Wolin Island. The investment will be carried out in the location of the current Portus holiday resort at 4 Plażowa Street and will entail the construction of a hotel complex with a developed Spa & Wellness section. The hotel will operate under one of the international brands. Architectural details have not been revealed at this stage. ■
