PHN to build office tower with FS&P Arcus and Intec Projekt

FS&P Arcus (architectural design) and Intec Projekt (installations) are working with Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) on the development of a new office tower in Warsaw, at Stawki Street. The building, offering around 25,000 m² of leasable space across more than 20 storeys, will replace the Intraco office building, which is set to be demolished. Completion is scheduled for 2030.■
