Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) submitted an application at the end of September for a building permit for the "Yacht Park II" residential complex on Rybickiego Street in Gdynia. The project envisions a set of buildings with a total volume exceeding 94,000 m³, comprising approximately 130 apartments. The architectural concept was prepared by FS&P Arcus, selected through an architectural competition concluded in April 2024. It is worth recalling that in January 2018, PHN commissioned Doraco to carry out the first stage of the development, which included buildings with 135 residential units designed by the Arch-Deco studio. PHN is one of the largest domestic real estate companies in Poland, with a portfolio including office, retail, logistics, and residential projects developed in the country's major cities.
