PI Era will build a rehabilitation center

The engineering company Era won the tender, offering a price of PLN 13.4 million gross, for the design and general execution of the Care and Residential Center in Wrocław at Morawska Street 14A, including the reconstruction of part of the road infrastructure. The building, with a footprint of 1,000 m² and a volume of 4,700 m³, is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025. The tender, organized by the City Investment Board (ZIM), had ten competing firms. The lowest bids after Era were submitted by LK Inwest (PLN 13.7 million), AWM Budownictwo (PLN 14 million), Cermag Construction (PLN 14.2 million), and Rem-Bud (PLN 14.8 million).
