PKB Inwest Budowa to deliver a 6,200 sqm retail park in Człuchów

PKB Inwest Budowa has obtained a final building permit for the construction of a retail and service park in Człuchów at Kasztanowa Street. The project involves the development of three buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 6,200 sqm, along with 207 parking spaces. The opening is scheduled for Q4 2026. The complex will be located next to an existing Netto store, near the national roads DK22 and DK25. Construction works are planned to begin in March 2026. Leasing activities are managed by Anita Kaczmarska of PKB Inwest Budowa, while the design documentation has been prepared by Pracownia Projektowa ARK Jakub Klepaczko.
