PKB Inwest prepared construction of retail park with gla of 3,500 sqm in Wrocław

PKB Inwest Budowa is conducting preparations for the construction of a retail-service park on Średzka Street in Wrocław. The investment will entail the construction of a complex with a lease area of over 3,500 sqm. The investor's partner is Scallier. The property is taken up by the defunct CH Leśnica shopping center. The land was put to sale by Krokus, company associated with the Muszkieterowie chain, for approx. 10 million PLN. ■
