Platan Group will build Lago Park Apartments by Aries

Platan Group is building the Lago Park Apartments by Aries apart-hotel complex in Mierki near Olsztynek (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province). The enterprise, to be carried out on the shore of the Pluszne Lake, concerns the construction of a complex with 77 condo-type apartments, with sports and recreation facilities. The investment is to be finalized in the 1st quarter of 2024. Design works were carried out in collaboration with Wężyk Architkeci. Administrative permits were being obtained by Centrum Mierki, associated with Platan Gorup. The company has also purchased a property with the former Kormoran holiday complex for 12.2 million PLN from the Olsztyn district. ■
