Pleszew authorities will carry out hotel-office building

The authorities of Pleszew (Wielkopolskie Province) are conducting preparations for the construction of the Compact Lab Pleszew complex in the area of Kolejowa and Ogrodowa streets. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with the following functions: hotel (39 beds), business incubator, and laboratory. The investment has received a subsidy of nearly 11 million PLN. It is scheduled to be finalized in 2024. The tender procedure, concerning the development of design, has been won by Archi-Graf. The works are being supervised by the Sport Pleszew municipal enterprise. ■
