PMG is preparing complex with 900 flats in Łódź

A subsidiary of Prime Holdings Group is applying for construction permits for an apartment-service complex on 22 Piłsudskiego Avenue in Łódź, near Sienkiewicza Street. The enterprise, to be carried out in three stages, is going to entail the construction of a complex with approx. 900 flats and service premises with an area of 2,000 sqm. Architectural guidelines have been developed for Loesch + Partnerzy. The works will begin once the Łódź 1 office building is demolished. ■
