Pol-Swed Projekt will build for Group a retail park with area of app. 3,000 sqm in Kościerzyna

Pol-Swed Projekt is the general contractor of a retail-service complex that RWS Group is going to build in the area of Kościuszki and Wrzosowa streets in Kościerzyna (Pomorskie Province). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a development area of 3,100 sqm, whose main tenants are going to include Lidl and Rossmann. Works are scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2019. Let us recall that in July of this year we informed about preparations for the investment, conducted by the Erus company, which has ties to RWS. The company obtained permission for the construction of outlets with a cubature of almost 12,000 meters³. ■
