Polbau wants to build police headquarters in Polkowice

Polbau (26.3 million PLN gross, against the budget of 38.8 million PLN) offered the lowest price in a tender procedure, issued by the Provincial Police Headquarters (KWP) in Wrocław concerning the construction of new District Police Headquarters (KPP) in Polkowice, near National Road No. 3. Let us recall that the complex of three buildings (office building, garage, and a dog kennel), with a usable area of 2,900 sqm and a cubature of 18,000 meters³, is going to be carried out on the basis of a design developed by Autorska Pracownia Projektowa Manecki. The order is to be carried out by the end of November 2022. The other bidders are: Lindner Polska (27.2 million PLN), SPS Inscon/SPS Budownictwo (29 million PLN), Berger Bau Polska (29.4 million PLN), Budimex (29.9 million PLN), Budecon (31.4 million PLN), Pre-Fabrykat (32 million PLN), Exalo Drilling (32.7 million PLN), AWM Budownictwo (35.4 million PLN), As-Bud-Plus Skrzypczak (36 million PLN), and Adamietz (42.6 million PLN). ■
