Poleko offered to build cultural center

Poleko Budownictwo (11.9 million PLN) and Kamaro (11.2 million PLN) submitted offers in a repeated tender procedure, with the budget established at 14.6 million PLN, issued by the Gdańsk City Development Administration (DRMG), concerning the general contractorship of revitalization of the Orphanage Complex on Sieroca Street in Gdańsk. The building with an area of approx. 2,000 sqm will be adapted for cultural- and tourism purposes according to a design developed by the consortium of the local architectural offices Gzowski Architekci and Restudio. The order is to be carried out over the period of 308 days (approx. 10 months). ■
