Polfa is seeking contractor for laboratory-production building with area of 12,000 sqm in Warsaw-Białołęka

Tarchomińskie Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polfa has issued a tender procedure concerning the general contracting of a sterile pill molds' production department and R&D Laboratories at 2 Fleminga Street in Warsaw-Białołęka. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a 3-story building with a usable area of approx. 12,000 sqm and a cubature of 80,700 meters³. The contract is to be carried out by April 30, 2023. Let us recall that in PREM 1012, we reported that the Council of Ministers had decided to increase the capital for the extension of the Polfa Tarchomin complex by 200 million PLN. ■
