Polkonbud will build complex with 150 flats in Warsaw

PD Polkonbud, company associated with Profit Development, is going to be the general contractor of the "Konopacka 12" project, which is being carried out in the Praga Północ district of Warsaw. Let us recall that the enterprise will entail renovation of a historic outbuilding on Konopacka Street, which will comprise 30 flats, as well as construction of a new building with 119 flats sized 25-90 sqm each. Design of the investment has been developed by WXCA, and the structure design – by PF-Projekt. ■
