PORR is going to build Horizon hotel with 155 units in Szklarska Poręba for Akme

In early October, a cornerstone was laid down for the construction of the Horizon Hotel on Dolna Street in Szklarska Poręba (Dolnośląskie Province). The investor of the enterprise is Akme Deweloper, and the general contracting was entrusted to PORR. The works will be carried out on the basis of a design developed by Q2 Studio. The operator is going to be Karkonosze Resort Management. The enterprise will entail the construction of a four-star hotel with 155 units. ■
