PORR will carry out Lakeside office building with lease area of 24,000 sqm in Warsaw for Atenor

PORR has been chosen as the general contractor of the Lakeside office building, which Atenor is going to build on Szturmowa Street in Warsaw, at the intersection of Puławska and Rzymowskiego streets. Let us recall that the enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a lease area of 24,000 sqm. Design of the investment has been developed by Grupa 5 Architekci. Demolishing works have been carried out by the Tree company. The works are scheduled to be finalized in the 4th quarter of 2023. Commercialization of the building is being handled by JLL. We have reported in PREM that Haverhill Investment, whose shareholder is the Belgian company Atenor, was conducting administrative preparations. We also wrote that Atenor signed a contract, concerning the taking over of the "University Business Center" office complex (approx. 30,500 sqm) on Szturmowa Street in Warsaw. ■
