PORR-TKT-Elin consortium will construct for PHN, for PLN 325 M, Skysawa office complex with gla of 37,000 sqm in Warsaw

PHN group (Polski Holding Nieruchomości – Polish Real Estate Holding), via their subsidiary PHN SPV 1 PHN K, has entrusted the consortium of PORR, TKT Engineering and Elin companies with the general contracting for the Skysawa office complex (formerly PHN Tower) at 36 Świętokrzyska Street in Warsaw, in the area of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Twarda and Mariańska streets (near the ONZ Roundabout). The value of the contract has been established at 325.2 million PLN. The works, which are now commencing (the construction site was handed over on June 26), are going to take three years, until the 2nd quarter of 2022.
The investment, the documentation of which has been prepared by Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury "Projekt", is going to entail construction of two A-class buildings with a total lease area of 37,000 sqm, including one skyscraper with a height of 155 meters. The smaller building, offering 11,500 sqm of space, is going to be carried out first, over a period of two years. ■
