PORR wants to build Medical Simulation Center in Warsaw for app. 130 million PLN for WUM

PORR (131 million PLN, against the budget of 141.9 million PLN gross) and Erbud (144.5 million PLN) submitted offers in a tender procedure, issued by the Medical University of Warsaw (WUM), concerning the design and contracting of a part of the Medical Simulation Center complex on Pawińskiego Street in Warsaw. Let us recall that the enterprise is to include construction of the underground section of both buildings (A and B), a five-story above-ground section of wing A (total area of approx. 9,600 sqm), emergency exit from wing B, and, optionally, shell structure of the above-ground section of wing B (total area of approx. 11,800 sqm). The works are to be finalized within 18 months. ■
