PORR is going to build 1st and 2nd stage of Horizon residential complex in Gdańsk for 157 million PLN

On March 5, J.W. Construction signed a contract with PORR concerning the general contracting of the 1st and 2nd stage of the Horizon residential complex at 65A and 67 Starowiejska Street in Gdańsk-Letnica. The value of the works, which are to be finalized by September 2023, has been established at 157 million PLN net. Let us recall that this year in January, we reported that J.W. Construction, in collaboration with Forma Architekci, had been conducting preparations for the development of a property with an area of 1.2 ha, which will be used for the construction of five buildings with a total usable area of approx. 32,000 sqm, with 629 flats. ■
