PORR is going to build sports-hotel center in Książenice

PORR has been chosen as the general contractor of the Research-Development Complex and Legia Warszawa Training Center in Książenice (Mazowieckie Province). Works are scheduled to begin in the spring of 2019 and should be completed by June 2020. Tremend is the contract engineer, while the special purpose company Akademia Piłkarska Legii Soccer Academy is supervising the enterprise on behalf of the investor. Let us recall that in July 2017 we informed that LAP Studio was collaborating with Estudio Lamela on designing the center. Meanwhile, in March 2016 we wrote that Legia purchased a property with an area of approx. 15 ha from MTG Agro-Rol. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex of outlets with a total usable above-ground area of 7,200 sqm. The cost of the investment has been preliminarily estimated for 40 mln PLN. ■
