PORR is going to extend "Solaris Centre" in Opole

Wrocław branch of PORR has been chosen as the general contractor of the extension of the "Solaris Centre" shopping-service complex on Mikołaja Kopernika Square in Opole. Let us recall that we have reported in PREM that IGI Exclusive issued a tender procedure concerning the design and extension of the center. The procedure concerned the construction of a retail-service outlet with the sales area of 9,000 sqm, an underground parking garage with approx. 300 parking spaces, located on two levels, and development of the Mikołaja Kopernika Square. The partner of Rockcastle Global Estate (owner of the complex) during the investment is Acteeum. ■
