PORR commenced construction for VDC the 1st stage of an office complex with target area of 50,000 sqm in Warsaw

PORR has commenced works on the construction of the 1st stage of an office-IT complex at 132 Kasprowicza Street in Warsaw-Bielany for the US-based Vantage Data Centers (VDC). The enterprise, to be carried out on a property with an area of 3.7 hectares, is going to entail the construction of a three-story building with an area of 3,300 sqm. The company's partner is Ramboll Polska. The investor's long-term plans concern construction of a complex with a gross area of 50,000 sqm and net IT area of 21,000 sqm. Aside from the data center, the complex will also offer office and conference premises and meeting and relaxation rooms. ■
