PORR will carry out office building for 572 million PLN

The offer submitted by PORR/Fast Group (572.1 million PLN gross) has been chosen as the most advantageous one in the tender procedure, issued by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne (PSE), concerning the contractorship of their new headquarters on Anny Walentynowicz Street in Radom. The investment will entail the construction of a complex with a total area of 12,200 sqm and a cubature of 65,800 meters³, divided into office, operator, and technology sections. The works are scheduled to be finalized within 24 months. Let us recall that the other bidders in the procedure were: Budimex (479.3 million PLN; refused to sign the contract) and Strabag/Ed. Züblin (527.6 million PLN, rejected). ■
