PORR will carry out "The Form" office building with area of 30,000 sqm in Warsaw

PORR Polska is commencing works on the construction of "The Form" A-class office building in the area of Towarowa, Pańska, Miedziana, and Sienna streets in Warsaw-Wola. The enterprise will entail the construction of a 9-story building with usable area of approx. 30,000 sqm, with shopping premises on the ground floor. It is to be put to use in 2025. The enterprise, based on a design developed in collaboration with Kuryłowicz & Associates, is going to be carried out on a property formerly occupied by the Zakłady Graficzne "Dom Słowa Polskiego" printing office. Let us recall that in PREM 1094, we reported that Lincoln Property Company and Enern purchased a lot for the investment from Penta Real Estate for approx. 25 million euro (113 million PLN). ■
