JB prepares construction of shopping center with gla of 10,000 sqm in Ostróda in collaboration with Archipl

JB Development is collaborating on preparations for the construction of the Port A-Centrum shopping center in the area of Grunwaldzka and Składowa streets in Ostróda (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with a lease area of approx. 10,000 sqm, with an additional parking lot for 150 vehicles, on the basis of four existing buildings. The works are scheduled to be finalized in the 2nd half of 2022. The architectural design is being developed by Archiplan. The construction permit for this property was obtained last year in February by the private investor Adam Ksieniewicz. ■
