Pre-Fabrykat will build apart-hotel complex

Pre-Fabrykat has been chosen as the general contractor of the "Karpatia" apart-hotel complex, which Top Resorts is going to build on Myśliwska Street in Karpacz (Dolnośląskie Province). The enterprise will entail the construction of a complex of buildings with 90 apartments with a total cubature of approx. 25,000 meters³. Design works were carried out using the services of architect Jarosław Hnatyk.
Let us recall that in May 2016, we informed about the Pre-Fabrykat collaborating on the construction of the "Sun & Snow Karpacz Residence" apart-hotel with 42 units in the area of Myśliwska Street in Karpacz. ■
