Developer Pro is going to construct, in cooperation with AOS and Prokom, Premium Park shopping center with gla of 11,000 sqm in Lubrza near Prudnik

Next year, Developer Pro is going to begin the construction of the "Premium Park" shopping center in Lubrza near Prudnik (Opolskie Province), at the intersection of National Road Number 40 (DK 40) and Provincial Road Number 414 (DW 414), near the roundabout at Polna Street. The investment, which we wrote about in June of last year, is going to consist of a complex of outlets with a total sales area of approx. 11,000 sqm, including a retail park taking up 7,500 sqm, a grocery supermarket with an area of 1,200 sqm and a home and garden type outlet with an area of 2,000 sqm. There is also going to be a gastronomy operator, a fuel station and a carwash. AOS and PP Prokom Kurowski are collaborating on the investment. ■
