Prime Construction is going to build research-technical outlet

Akademia Morska (Maritime University) has entrusted Prime Construction with a contract worth 12 mln PLN gross for the contractorship of the first stage of the construction of the Floating Outlets Use Center on Dębogórska Street in Szczecin. Calbud (12.4 mln PLN) and PTB Nickel (12.44 mln PLN) were also interested in the contract. The research outlet, with a net area of 1,700 sqm and a cubature of 9,600 meters³, is scheduled to be ready within 19 months. Documentation of the investment was prepared by Portal-PP. ■
