Prime Project supervises construction of residential complex with 213 apartments in Wrocław

Prime Project is the substitute investor during the construction of the "Rędzińska Przystań" residential complex, which is going to be built at 30-38 Rędzińska Street in Wrocław. The enterprise is to entail the construction of five buildings with a total of 213 flats with a usable area of 11,000 sqm; the first stage concerns the construction of 77 flats. The design of the investment with a cubature of 72,000 meters3 has been prepared by architect Damian Maciejewski (Manufaktura Proste). The investor is a purpose-oriented company Projekt Rędzińska, registered at Prime Project's address. ■
