PRK 7 and Trakcja want to build teaching complex in Ząbki

The City Council of Ząbki near Warsaw has informed that a consortium consisting of PRK7 Nieruchomości and Trakcja PRKiL has offered the lowest price (43.3 mln PLN) for the general contractorship of School Complex number 4, planned in the area of Dzika, Andersena and Różana streets. The investment is going to consist of the construction of a 3-story complex with a total area of 13,700 sqm, housing an elementary school with a preschool for 1300 children. There is also going to be a sports hall with three basketball courts, seats for 300 spectators, and additional training rooms for fitness and team sports. The investment, based on documentation prepared by the Mamgusta workshop, is scheduled to be put to use by August 31, 2020. The following companies took part in the procedure: Kartel (45.8 mln PLN), Art. Global (46.14 mln PLN), Balzola (46.23 mln PLN), RS Budownictwo (48 mln PLN) and Matbud (51.4 mln PLN). ■
