Profbud plans to launch "Mocha Tower"

Profbud plans to launch the residential project "Mocha Tower" in the second half of this year in the Praga Południe district of Warsaw, at 65/67 Ostrobramska Street, near the Siekierkowska Route. The development will include the construction of a 26-storey building housing 376 apartments ranging in size from 26 to 102 m², along with an underground garage offering 437 parking spaces. The project documentation, with a planned completion timeline of 29 months, was prepared by the architectural firm LWS Architekci. As previously reported in PREM 1221, the building permit for this investment was originally obtained by the Ostrobramska Housing Cooperative, which had planned a residential estate on a 1-hectare site with a total usable residential area of 18,500 m² and 1,600 m² of commercial space.
