Projekt Sobieskiego plans construction of a Holiday Inn hotel

Projekt Sobieskiego is preparing to develop a hotel at 87 Sobieskiego Street in Warsaw. The project will involve transforming an unfinished building into an eight-story complex with 368 rooms, operating under the Holiday Inn brand. The hotel will be managed by Grupa Hotelowa, while the developer is Oaza Investment Capital Group. Completion of construction is scheduled for October 2027. According to court records, both Projekt Sobieskiego and Oaza Investment are affiliated with the Salwator Capital Group. As a reminder, back in 2008, Salwator, in cooperation with Mitex, planned to develop a hotel on the same site. Initially, the project was to operate under the Hotel System brand, and later an agreement was signed with Hilton Garden Inn. However, construction was halted. ■
