Projektmanagement Polska is investing in office building

Projektmanagement Polska is investing in another office building within "The Park" complex in Wrocław, located at Wyścigowa street. The project involves a building with a total area exceeding 11,400 m², scheduled to be completed by 2025. It is worth recalling that in July 2020, the construction of the first phase of the investment, a 11,000 m² office building designed by 3XA, was entrusted to Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Besta (PB Besta). Additionally, in July 2022, it was reported that 3XA had developed the concept for the entire area at Wyścigowa 58-58c on behalf of Sulzbacher.
