Projektmanagement Polska is investing in Wrocław

Projektmanagement Polska is overseeing the construction process of the second office building within the "The Park" complex in Wrocław, located at Wyścigowa Street. As part of this project, by the year 2025, a building with a total area of 11,400 sqm will be erected. In July 2020, it was announced that Projektmanagement Polska had commissioned the company Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Besta (PB Besta) to carry out the first phase of this investment, which includes an office building designed by 3XA covering 11,000 sqm. In July 2022, we also reported that 3XA had developed a master plan for the entire area at Wyścigowa Street 58-58c on behalf of Sulzbacher Company.
