PSM is looking for contractor of concert hall in Rybnik

The PSM K. i A. Szafranek Public School of Music is accepting bids, with a deposit of 400,000 PLN, in the tender procedure for the contractorship of a concert hall on Powstańców Śląskich Street in Rybnik (Śląskie Province). The deadline for bids passes on March 13. The outlet, with a total area of 4,500 sqm and a cubature of 35,000 meters³, is scheduled to be put to use within 22 months. The investment is going to be based on documentation prepared by the HS99 workshop. We have written in PREM that in the previous tender procedure for the construction of the hall in Rybnik, the lowest price (36.1 mln PLN) was suggested by Dombud. ■
