PTB Nickel will build Josera factory with area of 36,000 sqm in Paproć

On February 8, Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex announced that their subsidiary Pekabex BET signed a letter of intent with PTB Nickel, concerning construction of the Josera Petfood production plant in Paproć in Nowy Tomyśl commune (Wielkopolskie Province), in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone (KSSSE). The value of the contract has been established at approx. 3% of the group's revenue, based on the latest published annual consolidated financial report (for 2021), i.e. 45 million PLN. The works are to be carried out by June 21 of next year.
Let us recall that the investment, located in the vicinity of the existing complex, is going to entail the construction of a production hall with a social-office section and accompanying buildings (including storage silos) with an area of 16,000 sqm, and a warehouse (20,000 sqm). As we have reported, Projektowe Usługi Budowlane Mirosław Stachowski was responsible for designing the enterprise. ■
