PTB Nickel will carry out office building

PTB Nickel has been chosen as the general contractor of the S31 office-service building, which Ster Investments is going to carry out at 31 Zielonogórska Street in Szczecin (we initially mentioned the investment last year in December). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with an area of approx. 3,700 sqm, including an office building (2,400 sqm) and a service-retail hall (approx. 1,000 sqm). Design works have been carried out by Wrotech, and the role of substitute investor has been entrusted to Kreft Engineering. ■
