Q2 Studio is designing retail park

Q2 Studio has received an order for designing the N-Park shopping center in Jelcz-Laskowice (Dolnośląskie Province) in the area of Młodych Avenue and Chabrowa Street. The investment, whose developer is Napollo, is going to consist of the construction of an outlet with a lease area of 4,200 sqm, with 10 stores and service points (including a grocery outlet, a sports outlet, an electronics store, a clothing store, a footwear store and a drugstore) and a parking lot for 185 vehicles. Napollo is collaborating with Q2 Studio also on designing the shopping-service center which the Napollo Group is going to build in Łany near Wrocław. The investment (N-Park) is going to be located in the area of the Eastern Bypass of Warsaw, near Ułańskie Roundabout. Plans include the opening of an outlet with an area of 6,000 sqm in 2021. ■
