Q2 Studio is designing shopping center in Łany

Q2 Studio is taking part in the designing of a shopping-service center which Napollo Group is going to build in Łany near Wrocław (Dolnośląskie Province). The investment (N-Park), planned in the area of the Eastern Bypass of Wrocław, near Ułańskie Roundabout, is scheduled to be put to use in 2021. The plans concern opening an outlet with a lease area of 6,000 sqm, with 14 units, including a grocery store, DIY and interior design store, household electronics store, clothing and shoe stores, and a beauty supply store. The complex is also going to include a fuel station, a car wash, and a drive-thru restaurant. ■
